This page provides comprehensive information about our shipping processes, timelines, costs, and policies.


1. Order Processing Time

Production Timeline

All Podlora products are individually printed and handcrafted after your order is placed. This made-to-order approach ensures quality and reduces waste.

Standard Processing Time:

  • 2-5 business days from order confirmation to shipment
  • Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays)
  • Processing begins after payment is confirmed

What Happens During Processing

Day 1-2: Order received and prepared for production Day 2-4: Product printed and quality checked Day 4-5: Packaged and handed to shipping carrier

Extended Processing Times

Processing may take longer during:

  • Holiday Seasons (November-December): Add 1-3 business days
  • Peak Demand Periods (major sales events): Add 1-2 business days
  • Product Complexity (large or custom orders): May require additional time

We will notify you via email if your order requires extended processing time.

Order Confirmation

You’ll receive email notifications at key stages:

  1. Order Confirmation – Immediately after purchase
  2. Production Started – When your item enters production
  3. Shipped Notification – With tracking number when order ships

Delivery times vary depending on your shipping destination. These timeframes begin after your order ships (not from order date).

Promotional terms will be clearly stated and applied automatically with valid promo codes.

Important Shipping Cost Notes

  • All prices are in USD
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error
  • Expedited shipping is not currently available
  • Shipping costs do not include customs duties or import taxes (see International Shipping section)

4. Tracking Your Order

Receiving Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Tracking link to monitor your package
  • Carrier information (USPS, FedEx, local carrier, etc.)
  • Estimated delivery date

When to Expect Tracking

  • Tracking information is sent within 24 hours of shipment
  • Tracking link may take 1-3 business days to show updates
  • Initial scan by carrier may be delayed

Tracking Issues

If tracking hasn’t updated in 3+ days:

  1. Check that you’re using the correct tracking number
  2. Verify on the carrier’s official website
  3. Allow time for carrier processing
  4. Contact us if no updates after 5 business days

If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check all possible delivery locations (porch, mailbox, neighbors)
  2. Ask neighbors or building management
  3. Verify delivery address on your order
  4. Wait 24 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)
  5. Contact [email protected] if still missing after 48 hours

5. Shipping Address

Address Accuracy

Your responsibility: Providing complete and accurate shipping information.

What to include:

  • Full recipient name
  • Complete street address with unit/apartment number
  • City, state/province
  • Correct postal/ZIP code
  • Country
  • Phone number (for international orders)

Address Verification

We verify shipping addresses before processing orders to prevent delivery issues.

Common Address Issues:

  • Missing apartment or unit numbers
  • Incorrect ZIP/postal codes
  • PO Box restrictions (some products cannot ship to PO Boxes)
  • Incomplete street names
  • Typos in city or state names

Updating Your Address

Before shipment:
Contact [email protected] within 6 hours of ordering to update address before production begins.

After shipment:
Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. You must contact the carrier directly to attempt address changes (additional fees may apply).

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Important: Podlora is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customer
  • Lost or stolen packages due to address errors
  • Additional shipping charges to reship to correct address

If you notice an address error:
Contact us immediately at [email protected] within 6-12 hours of ordering. We’ll do our best to update it before production, but cannot guarantee changes once processing begins.

Address Reship Fees

If a package is returned due to incorrect address:

  • Customer is responsible for reshipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Product will be reshipped once new shipping payment is received

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Lost Packages

Definition: Package tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days after last scan.

What to do:

  1. Contact [email protected] with your order number
  2. We will investigate with the shipping carrier
  3. Allow 3-5 business days for carrier investigation
  4. We’ll send a replacement or refund once claim is approved

Claim deadline: Must be filed within 30 days of estimated delivery date.

Stolen Packages

Definition: Tracking shows delivered but customer did not receive package.

What to do:

  1. Check all possible delivery locations thoroughly
  2. Ask neighbors and building management
  3. Verify the delivery address on your order
  4. File a police report (may be required for insurance claim)
  5. Contact [email protected] with details

Important: We cannot be held responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery to the correct address. We recommend:

  • Requiring signature on delivery
  • Using secure delivery location
  • Installing security cameras
  • Requesting delivery holds at carrier facility

Significantly Delayed Packages

Definition: Package has not arrived within 5 business days of estimated delivery date.

What to do:

  1. Check tracking for updates
  2. Contact the carrier directly for current status
  3. If no resolution after 10 business days past estimate, contact [email protected]
  4. We will work with carrier or send replacement

Note: Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your patience during these situations.

Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing (international orders)
  • Weather events or natural disasters
  • Carrier operational issues
  • Government restrictions or regulations
  • Holidays in destination country
  • Incorrect/incomplete address provided by customer

However, we will work diligently with carriers to resolve issues and ensure you receive your order.


7. International Shipping

Worldwide Delivery

Podlora proudly ships to over 100 countries worldwide. We’re committed to bringing our custom products to customers around the globe.

Customs and Import Duties

Customs Duties and Taxes:

  • International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or VAT
  • These fees are determined by your local customs authority
  • Fees are based on your country’s regulations
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility
  • Not included in our shipping rates or product prices

When fees apply:

  • Fees are collected by customs upon package arrival in your country
  • You will be contacted by the carrier or customs to pay fees
  • Package may be held until fees are paid
  • Refusal to pay fees may result in package return to sender

Country-specific information:

  • Each country has different customs regulations and thresholds
  • Some countries have minimum order values before duties apply
  • Research your country’s customs policies before ordering
  • We cannot advise on specific country requirements

International Shipping Timeline

International orders typically take longer due to:

  • Longer transit distances
  • Customs clearance processing
  • Local carrier handoffs
  • Additional security screenings

Typical international timeline: 12-30 business days total (including processing)

International Tracking

International tracking may have gaps when:

  • Package is in transit between countries
  • Customs is processing the package
  • Local carrier has not yet scanned package

This is normal. Tracking will update once package clears customs and reaches local carrier.

International Address Format

Please ensure your address is formatted correctly for international delivery:

  • Use English characters when possible
  • Include country name in English
  • Provide local phone number
  • Include postal code in correct format
  • Add any required regional information

Restricted Countries

Due to shipping carrier limitations or international restrictions, we may not be able to ship to certain countries. Restricted countries will not appear as options during checkout.


8. Delivery Attempts and Redelivery

Carrier Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will attempt delivery 2-3 times before returning package to sender.

If you miss a delivery:

  1. Check for delivery notice at your door
  2. Follow instructions on notice to schedule redelivery
  3. Contact carrier directly to arrange pickup at local facility
  4. Some carriers allow address holds for pickup

Unclaimed Packages:
If package is returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts, customer is responsible for reshipping fees.


9. Shipping Restrictions

Items We Cannot Ship

Due to carrier restrictions, we cannot ship:

  • Hazardous materials
  • Restricted items to certain countries
  • Items exceeding size/weight limitations

PO Box Limitations

Some products cannot be shipped to PO Boxes due to carrier restrictions. When possible, please provide a physical street address for reliable delivery.


10. Multiple Item Orders

  • Shipping cost is reduced for additional items
  • Processing time based on longest production item

Split Shipments

In rare cases, we may need to split shipments due to:

11. Shipping During Holidays

Orders placed on or near holidays:

  • May experience 1-2 day processing delay
  • Shipping carriers may also have holiday delays
  • Plan ahead for holiday gift orders

Peak Season Shipping

November – December:

  • Increased order volume
  • Extended processing times (add 1-3 days)
  • Carrier delays more common
  • Order early for holiday delivery

We recommend ordering 3-4 weeks before needed date during peak season.


12. Insurance and Liability

Package Protection

All orders are shipped with basic carrier insurance covering loss or damage during transit.

Covered:

  • Lost packages
  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrect delivery by carrier

Not covered:

  • Theft after delivery
  • Damage from incorrect address
  • Customer refusal of package
  • Customs seizure

Filing Claims

Podlora handles all insurance claims with carriers. You don’t need to contact the carrier directly—we’ll manage the claim process and provide resolution.
